The Community of Grace Organization (COGO) incorporates the Eight Dimensions of Wellness into its mission, vision, and goals to provide a comprehensive framework for assessing and improving various aspects of an individual's overall well-being

Understand the Transtheoretical Model of Change to understand how intentional behavioral change happens, and how to support people through the process of change in relation to which stage the person is in.

Mental Health First Aid Training: Evening

Adult Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) teaches participants how to help adults aged 18 and older experiencing a mental health challenge, crisis, or substance use issue. The course introduces common mental health challenges and teaches a 5-step action plan for how to help adults in both crisis and non-crisis situations, as well as how to refer individuals to resources, professional help, and self-help.

Format: Self-paced independent online learning combined with a 6-hour virtual, live instruction workshop.
